It’s a pumpkin muffin with chocolate chips and a field pumpkin that I baked and pureed. It tastes pretty good to me but apparently they’re supposed to rise and not be so dense.

I also used baking powder instead of baking Soda because we’re out

yeah i don’t think you can swap those my friend. baking soda creates CO2 and makes muffins rise. idk what i did wrong, but i had strawberry cupcakes turn out like this once. tasted great but the texture was so wrong
