Pelican air 1605 and the foam inserts are just hard foam sheets from Amazon and about 7hrs with 3m headliner glue and some razor blades

something like these.. i bought those for a bigger rifle case but they sell polyethylene foam in various sizes

I don’t recall you have to just take some measurements of the inside of your case and figure out the best way to do it
