Inexperienced air traveler questions

I've only flown once to see my son in Canada, so I didn't need to pack very much. Later this month my husband and I are flying to Vegas, renting a car for a 10 days and going to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Capital Reef, Monument Valley, Horseshoe Bend the last stop at the Grand Canyon before driving back to Vegas. My question is the fact we are flying and I'm very OCD about having everything in case of emergency. Does everything have to be in clear bags? My toiletries and clothes will be but I have a day pack that's folds and stores in a bag, a raincoat that stores in a bag, a cooler bag that collapses, first aid kit, our prescriptions in my med bag (not clear) camera bag, backpack for hubby. I have a little bag for every category.... Is this ok with TSA and is this bad etiquette for flying? I'm just super organized and have everything contained in its own bag. Advice? I don't want to cause delays or problems for others.

r/flying is intended to be a place to discuss things like pilot training, regulations, procedures, techniques, aircraft ownership and maintenance, piloting as a career, and similar topics.
“Aviation enthusiast” content is better suited to r/aviation.
Flight simulation belongs in r/flightsim.
Questions and content about air travel (passenger experience, frequent flyer programs, etc.) are better suited to r/travel.
