The 9900x3d is the worst of the x3d cpus
Aio is aesthetic
X870 isn't need, B850 is fine
You want 6000mhz cl30 ram
Psu is massively overkill
Pcpartpicker.com checks compatibility, set it to your country

Why is the 9800x3d the worst? I like aio for the looks yea And the overkill is mostly so i dont have to replace it when i upgrade gpu later

The 9900x3d is the worst because it has 12 cores, but only 6 have access to the 3d cache
So it's slower than the 9800x3d in gaming by around 10%
But then in workstation tasks, the 9950x/9950x3d have 16 cores (8 have the 3d cache for the 9950x3d), so it's outperformed by those too

9800x3d --> 9600x 1250w psu ---> 850w or 1000w psu X870 --> b850 Ddr5 5600 ---> ddr5 6000mhz cl30 5070ti ---> 5080
