Does anyone else remember this? Shortly after the 5150 PC came out ,there were headlines that read "IBM computer can't add!".

What happened was, their BASIC interpreter (in ROM), if you told it to add 2 + 2 ,the answer came back as 3.99. This only happened if you were using the Print Using command.

Of course, this was a Microsoft error as they supplied the software but this was embarrassing, mostly to IBM.
