Need help identifying this computer

Is this associated with the Canon Cat word processor or is this an Australian brand? I can't find any specific information about this.

Dick Smith was a chain of electronics stores in Australia and New Zealand from 1968-2016. And in the early 1980s they sold several clones of popular computers of the era. The Cat was an Apple II clone, and the System 80 was a TRS-80 clone.
The era of clones like this was short, because of lawsuits from the companies that made the originals, then Commodore releasing the lower priced VIC-20 and C-64 which fulfilled the need of a good low cost computer.

It's a rebadged V-Tech Laser 3000, an Apple IIe clone made in Hong Kong.
