Help Me Build a Beast of a PC for Forex/Crypto Trading, Development, and Heavy Multitasking!

Hey r/buildapc (or r/buildmeapc if this fits better—mods, feel free to move if needed),
I'm looking to build a custom PC that's optimized for my workflow as a forex and crypto trader who's also a developer. My days involve running multiple trading platforms (like MT4/MT5, TradingView, Thinkorswim), crypto bots/exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, custom scripts), development tools (VS Code, Git, Docker, maybe some Python/R for data analysis), and a ton of browser tabs (Chrome/Firefox with 50+ tabs across research, news, charts). On top of that, I multitask like crazy—Zoom calls, spreadsheets, VPNs, and sometimes light video editing or ML models for trading algos. Everything runs simultaneously, and I need zero lag or crashes during high-usage periods (think market volatility or compiling code while monitoring trades).
Key Requirements:
CPU: High core/thread count for multitasking and dev work. Something like Ryzen 7/9 or Intel i7/i9? Needs to handle parallel tasks without throttling.
RAM: At least 32GB, preferably 64GB (DDR4 or DDR5) to juggle all those apps/tabs without swapping.
GPU: Something that could handle some potential gaming. 5060 Ti or something maybe.
Storage: Fast NVMe SSD (1TB min, maybe 2TB) for quick app loads and data access. Plus a larger HDD/SSD for backups/archives. Motherboard/PSU/Cooling: Reliable for 24/7-ish use. Good airflow/cooling to prevent thermal issues during long sessions. PSU should be efficient (80+ Gold?).
Peripherals/Support: Multiple monitor support (at least 3-4x 1440p/4K). Quiet build preferred since it'll be in my home office.
Budget: Flexible, aiming for £1000-1500 GBP (excluding monitors/peripherals). Willing to go higher for future-proofing, but value for money is key. UK-based, so local links appreciated.
I'm a bit out of the loop on current hardware (last build was pre-COVID), so any part lists, benchmarks, or tips on compatibility would be awesome. Should I go AMD or Intel? Windows 11 or Linux (Ubuntu for dev)? Any software tweaks for optimization?
Thanks in advance—excited to hear your suggestions!
