Toki_Warhol@reddit
This screams converted blank gun. Pretty sure that’s one hot potato you got there
UpbeatAssistant7897@reddit
Closely resembles a Zoraki 2918 turkish blank pistol, but it looks like if this was the copy of that which is already a cheap blank pistol to begin with.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
One way ticket to got or the ER
Sleep_on_Fire@reddit
In the beast case scenarios. Worst case is we have to scrape your meat bag corpse up and bury it.
TheExpendableGuard@reddit
Don't worry, we'll pick a tasteful soupcan.
Wolvenworks@reddit
Campbell or Heinz. No substitutes.
Sleep_on_Fire@reddit
Lol, yes. Easier hole to dig. Better if you blow yourself into bits; less to clean up.
L1thion@reddit
Or it's been used somewhere, depending on your friends
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Nah it was new haven't been shot with
snap802@reddit
Make sure to call before you shoot the thing to make sure they have a hand surgeon and a plastic surgeon on call.
Stairmaker@reddit
Well, if you factor in suvivorship bias, it isn't that bad. At least you make it to the er to be a statistic.
Snoot_Boot@reddit
That's terrifying. How can you tell?
Toki_Warhol@reddit
The lettering on the slide. The mishmash of symbols. The ENORMOUS made in U.S.A. nonsense & similarly huge 9x19. All these are hallmarks of cheaply made blank guns which are commonly converted to fire live rounds by nefarious characters.
MonQiDix@reddit
Have you stripped it down, cleaned the interior parts and inspected them for imperfections?
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I have it's all oiled up and ready Haven't tried shooting it yet tho
Crazy-Red-Fox@reddit
Why? Its made in the USA AND has a Russian proof mark, seems legit!
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
This is that ORGENAL shii that sends you to god
npc37652@reddit
lollll
FoeTeen@reddit
No balls!
TeddyBinks@reddit
And it is ORGENAL!
ConsequenceAlarmed29@reddit
Is orgenal a manufacturer or misspelled original lol?
Motobugs@reddit
That's Russian. You just don't know.
xCR1MS0N-T1D3x@reddit
And Bulgarian!
SentinelLink@reddit
And it's ORGENAL
Sachiel05@reddit
O R E G E N A L
BigBrassPair@reddit
I would really like that for my collection. It would sit right next to Zip .22 and Cobray Terminator.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
It's sold where im from for like 300$ to 350$ And a feel like that's too much for such a shitty handgun ps:guns here decent ones are usually around 1200$ My cousin got this new and gave it to me I might just sell it back i have zero use for this weird looking abomination lol
LiquidC001@reddit
Man, you could get a Canik Mete mc9 for that money along with a lot of other better made pistols.
BigBrassPair@reddit
I have wasted more money than that on stuff dumber than that. But I don't think it is possible to get one here in the US. So it would be totally orginal and a conversation piece.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Lol it's easy to get here but the hard part is getting it back to the US because how unsafe it looks and obviously it's a gun
noob_gibus_sphee@reddit
never knew colt, circle 10 and izhmash are doing a collab to make a beretta
Icy_Primary7977@reddit
It looks like a pistol to me
Modern_Doshin@reddit
Pistol shaped object
BambiX3@reddit
Russia has many "traumatic" less lethal weapons and this looks like one, but converted to shoot normal ammunition, but I still believe they didn't change the barrel (those less lethal guns have a blockade where the rubber ball has to squeeze through). If I were you I would never fire that thing...
FoeTeen@reddit
If I were you I’d shoot this thing right after I clipped my fingernails.
AnvilEdifice@reddit
I particularly like the helpful arrows showing you which way 9x19 will go.
This thing definitely won't put shrapnel into your face, chest, arm, hands 👍🏻
thoku63@reddit
That's a Darra made abomination ... Also bro your nails are giving me OCD.
Express_Singer8875@reddit
Where'd he get that from?
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I live in Kurdistan/iraq its pretty common
Heptanitrocubane57@reddit
oooooooh that might be a khiber pass gun then ! Basically handmade counterfeit weapons, so it could be okay... Or it could explode first short fired.
krazyk850@reddit
I'm with you, they put a lot of work into those counterfeits. I've seen many videos on YouTube of people shooting them and they all seem to work fine. I wish I had the option to go buy a knockoff gun for $50 😆.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Well that's what im trying to find out lol if its okay or would it be the reason i lose a limb Because right now from the looks of it i feel like im losing a few fingers
idfkbroineedaname@reddit
Table mounted vice. Plus string
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Still not a very good way of trying might shoot a few times but i still wouldn't trust it
ShireHorseRider@reddit
If you do this only put one bullet in the chamber. Don’t do it with a full magazine. Another concern would be a stuck firing pin that it goes bang before the breech is even locked.
BudgetThat2096@reddit
Could always mount it to something, tie a string to the trigger and fire it like that behind a wall to test it out
Yottah@reddit
It’s some kind of Turkish blank gun
Jamoras@reddit
Damn, life on hard mode, huh?
WearIcy2635@reddit
Most likely a Turkish blank firing gun converted to fire live rounds. It probably won’t explode in your hands but the chance isn’t 0. I wouldn’t risk it
jameson3131@reddit
Says it right on the side, Made in U.S.A.
bassjam1@reddit
No, it says Made in U.S.A
No period on the A
jameson3131@reddit
I stand corrected. That’s how you know it’s ORGENAL.
Lythir@reddit
ORGENAL got me wheezing LMAO
mechakisc@reddit
Imo put it on a lead sled with plexiglass and rig it up like Kentucky Ballistics and see what happens.
TouchArtistic7247@reddit
This needs to be a little more forgotten…
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Wym?
TouchArtistic7247@reddit
Just a joke. Should have put a “j” or “s” somewhere. Definitely a crazy pistol that looks extremely unsafe to shoot
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Went right over my head sorry, but yeah lol
EnvironmentalBox6688@reddit
Im clamping it down and using a string behind solid cover.
Get real spicy and load up a proofing 9mm round and see how many pieces you can get it to turn into.
DetroitAdjacent@reddit
What do you mean? It's orgenal. Should be good to go.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Yeah no sir i love breathing and living im not even going to test it
Vakama905@reddit
Time to tie a string to the trigger and pull from far away!
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Honestly i still wouldn't trust it lol
greet_the_sun@reddit
Make your cousin shoot it.
locolarue@reddit
That's why you get yourself some sandbags first.
LittleCovenousWings@reddit
Or just slightly duck behind an oil drum.
Pavotine@reddit
And squint a bit.
D4RK45S45S1N@reddit
Stand behind something safe and pull the trigger with a string 😂
throwawayaccyaboi223@reddit
Put it in a vice with a couple of sand bags around it and a string to pull the trigger
Keep pulling until that bitch explodes lol
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I feel like this mf gonna come behind the sand bags for me
throwawayaccyaboi223@reddit
Lmao, as long as you're filming it you should be fine - the camera man never dies!
DetroitAdjacent@reddit
Come onnnnn it's even got a Colt pony on it. That's premium shit. Have your cousin shoot it first lmao
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I think his first magazine with this gun will probably be his last too lol
DetroitAdjacent@reddit
You are probably right lmaoo
kopfgeldjagar@reddit
That's an Orgeinal MADE IN USA
Organic_South8865@reddit
It's probably just fine. Put it in a gun vice and run a mag through it with a string to the trigger haha.
r6b6n@reddit
https://pellet-guns.com/products/aksa-arms-model-ak-17-blank-signal-gun-black
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Links no opening
r6b6n@reddit
Aksa ak17 or blow tr92 blank gun. Is it chambered in 765/.32?
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Haven't shot it yet but it says 9mm
False-God@reddit
If it seats it yeets.
But in all seriousness be safe!
TheDreadPirateJeff@reddit
Indeed. SOMETHING is guaranteed to be yeeted. And not always the same things on every trigger pull.
r6b6n@reddit
And please send a picture of the ammo thats in the magazine
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Nothings in it rn i don't have ammo on me im on duty
r6b6n@reddit
Well film the results and please use the technique described in my previous comment. This way you wont get harmed if a catastrophic failure occurs. And personal advice toss it afterwards or give it back to your cousin. Converted blanks are illegal firearms no matter where you live so not worth the legal trouble
WearIcy2635@reddit
Bro lives in Kurdistan, I don’t think he’s worrying about gun laws
r6b6n@reddit
Please put it in a vice and pull the trigger with a string while behind some sort af cover and tel us the results
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I'm on duty for 3 more days but when i get home i might try it and let u know
LedZempalaTedZimpala@reddit
Make sure to get a video though to post here
rimpy13@reddit
It says 9x19 on it, so probably that.
r6b6n@reddit
Converted blank guns are mostly chambered in .32 or .22 because the zamak metal cant stand the pressure from a 9mm cartridge
rimpy13@reddit
For sure. I guess with all the other markings being a lie, probably safe to assume the chambering markings are a lie as well.
PandorasFlame1@reddit
What is this even supposed to be a copy of? A Beretta Px4?
PandorasFlame1@reddit
https://www.reddit.com/r/ForgottenWeapons/s/e4oQIYzkGz
Heptanitrocubane57@reddit
Post this on gunnit rust, if it's a convertion from a blank gun they will be able to tell
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Okay thanks
Heptanitrocubane57@reddit
Also... Report it to the Police. Not to screw your cousin over, but this is a felony charge waiting to happen.
WearIcy2635@reddit
He lives in an autonomous province of Iraq where every village has a militia. I don’t think this gun is gonna cause legal issues
bownt1@reddit
nerd
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I live in Kurdistan/iraq this kind of guns are pretty common
mangoneira@reddit
Does it have a stendo or the standard 15 rounder?
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Yes
rhugghed@reddit
I’m pretty sure this is the type that shoots backwards and kills you instead when you pull the trigger,
RuralfireAUS@reddit
Knowing fuck all about guns, which one is suposed to be the safety? Cus two of those look like safety switches
Diegopie007@reddit
i believe the one on the slide is the safety switch and the one on the frame is a lever to take the gun apart
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Yup
Initial-Top8492@reddit
I highly recommend you not to load or pull the trigger for your own sake and others around you. Stay safe
Wolfmanreid@reddit
If I needed a gun to murder someone and then toss that would be a good candidate
Mysterious-Plan93@reddit
No, you bait them into pulling it from your holster so it goes off in their face and it's ruled a suicide.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
If it doesn't explode in your hand from the first shot
Wolfmanreid@reddit
I wouldn’t shoot +P out of it but I’ve seen 9mm parabellum shot from far more dubious looking handguns than this without incident. I wouldn’t shoot one round more than I needed to dispatch someone with though that’s for sure.
bmbreath@reddit
Then you could claim self defense. "I had to fire and throw the pistol, it was trying to blow my hand up!"
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
one look at the pistol and the police would probably believe it lol
Clay_Allison_44@reddit
More like you shoot them with a real gun and throw that thing next to the body. "Self Defense".
iamthekidyouknowhati@reddit
but then they'll deem it a suicide
BeerJedi-1269@reddit
Nah thats what the Jennings I found in my uncle's bushes is for. Northside Pgh. Numbers ground off and everything
ButteredDingus@reddit
That tracks, lol
Bigironstonks@reddit
lol Bulgarian circle 10 stamp and Russian stamps 😂
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
But it says made in the USA so it must be ORGENAL
Bigironstonks@reddit
lol that’s Bulgarian for original 🤣
kozunakov@reddit
Original/оригинал is the correct way in Bulgarian language, so not likely and it’s not Russian. Brazilian copy of Taurus
NotAGTCSockPuppet@reddit
Just a note on test firing something like this, It not blowing up on the first shot isn't a guarantee it won't blow up on the 27th shot.
Wyoungv01@reddit
Tie it to a post and use a string on the trigger. I would not shoot that by hand, atleast at first.
kaptainkooleio@reddit
I really hope “oregenal” is just “original” in a different language… and not misspelled English .
DarthScabies@reddit
Did you mean "orgenal"? That's just foreign for organ donor.
Growingplantt@reddit
Only one way to find out
BlairMountainGunClub@reddit
This looks like Khyber Pass work
Speedballer7@reddit
Orgenal donors have to come from somewhere
goblinite2@reddit
That looks like a $150 Chinese gun show special.
EarlyCuylersCousin@reddit
Da. Is fine.
False-God@reddit
Best case scenario?
United_News3779@reddit
Finally... something I'd trust less than a Khyber Pass special lol
mratlas666@reddit
Kinda looks like someone “modernized” a Tokarev.
sinisteraxillary@reddit
If it was made in the U.S.A. (note the missing period), it would be covered in legal disclaimers.
ChampagnePlumper@reddit
If there is one thing I can assure you, this was not made in the US-
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
But but but it says ORGENAL
EhUpThere@reddit
I just wish we could own handguns in Canada.
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Made in Canada
Lick_My_BigButt_1980@reddit
How does it feel, doin the ol’ lead toss?
leto78@reddit
It looks like a copy of a Turkish blank gun
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
Probably a converted one ?
leto78@reddit
Maybe... There is a famous model among European criminal gangs that says made is USA, but it is made in Turkey.
lakerschampions@reddit
If I recall these are BBguns converted to 9mm from the Middle East. I wouldn’t shoot it haha
ginandconflict@reddit
"ORGENAL"
johnkubiak@reddit
Put the trigger on a string and pull from behind a large wall. That looks like a homemade hand stealer.
uwillnotgotospace@reddit
What's wrong? Are you allergic to Orgenal or some of its ingredients?
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
My life is a bit allergic to it yes
echo202L@reddit
Looks like a converted Zoraki 2918. Definitely do not fire that.
thitherten04206@reddit
You should test this gun with a string to see if it actually fires lol
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I hope it doesn't IT DOES NOT LOOK SAFE AT ALL
CoyoteDown@reddit
The weapon is fine but your cousin is cringey
TNTSahand@reddit (OP)
I think both might be cringay
skipperseven@reddit
The disassembly lever and de-cocking lever both look like a Baretta 92/m9… so made from orgenal spare parts?
Historyfreak08@reddit
Imagine the underpaid chinese worker seeing his craft on a Reddit post
calvinb1nav@reddit
Might make a good drop piece.
SentinelLink@reddit
I wonder what it is based on? Interesting thing
Wakewarrior7@reddit
It kinda reminds me of the very underrated Beretta PX4. It's like the old meme of copying homework but change it up a bit.
PreferenceContent987@reddit
A PX4 has a rotating barrel, this doesn’t look anything like it
