Bunkie recommendations

In SW Ontario, looking to invest in a backyard bunkie with solar and heat to use as an office, but also as a backup shelter in case of emergency. Would prefer to pay for it to be installed instead of buying a kit, as we just got a bit of a windfall and would prefer professional grade work than assembling it ourselves. Looking for 1 floor, probably 10x10, plus a screened in porch. Can you recommend a builder? I want this thing to be good quality. Other advice is also welcome.
And, just for the sake of discussion, is there a company you'd recommend to build a bomb shelter if we wanted to put one underneath?

As with all underground bunkers… what are you going to do with all the poop?
Average human poops 1/4lb -1lb per day…
Adding any sort of system increases complexity, infection vectors and vulnerability to any bunker…
Many bunker building companies put in grey and black water tanks…which have issues with smelly and volition gases…make sure to design them to be removable and cleanable…

Is it that hard to put in a septic? Seems like a pretty easy solution

Switzerland's non-military bunkers will often use two or more airtight bins (one is the toilet seat with airtight lid, the other the storage for full bags and/or reserve if something breaks) and plastic bags. Is it going to be perfect? No. Will it work? Yes. If you feel more fancy, additionally have a separating camping toilet or something.
The advantages are pretty big, apart from it being nearly maintenance free, the ruggedness to survive nearby nuclear blasts with the building above collapsing and general NBC protection is easier to achieve.
You can have/dig a latrine outside for the situations that aren't as dire.

You might want to look for a company that can build bomb shelters close to Swiss bomb shelter standards, maybe with original Swiss parts. Or Finnish perhaps.
Pretty much no one else has had so many civil defense NBC shelters remain intact and operational in dual use (usually there's another peacetime use, they're good cellars, music rooms, storage or whatever else too) for ~half a century.

For those that don't understand, Bunkie is a Canadian company that makes cabin/tiny home kits.

Ah, I thought OP was in the market for a roommate.

Unless this is a woosh moment, a bunkie is generic term for any small outbuilding used normally for bunk beds especially at cottages/cabins typically but not always with no plumbing as a way to handle overflow guests. They can be prefab or custom built but think like 8x12 or 8x16.
ryanmercer@reddit
Makes sense, but Bunkie Life has kinda dominated the term on social media with their Bunkies.

For the underground portion, Atlas shelters. The owner is a weirdo and highly disagreeable on US government philosophy grounds, but he knows his shelters better than anyone in the market for civilian customers. There are better less known bunker builders for commercial, government, and millionaire/billionaire scale projects, but if you want something next year, Atlas is it.
For the bunkie, not sure. But make sure the construction is following normal residential or commercial construction standards and not cutting corners for your region/climate.

OP is in Canada. Can Atlas Shelters ship to Canada?
ISeeReydar3@reddit
Yes, easily, stated in their videos and on their website. And the company works in other countries internationally.

There's a place in Hagarsville that makes bunkies and other outbuildings. I've looked at their stuff for a garage replacement.
There's also some Mennonites on Oxford Rd 13(?) heading towards Tillsonburg that make sheds and stuff.
