Any third party clients for reddit

Just out of curiosity.... I'm new to reddit and just now got to know about third party clients and how reddit started charing for api and read that stealth was one of the best third party clients and wanna know if there are any clients still running and good to use

Not a reddit client specifically, but here is what i do:
Use old.reddit.com, its much easier to scroll.
Go into reddit preferences and turn off betas, new reddit, etc.
I install the following extensions:
RES (Reddit Enhancement Suite). This lets you customize a lot of things. Mainly, i like the filtering options. I can filter subreddits as well as posts by keywords. I put all the popular politicians names in there, as well as various buzzwords.
ublock origin, because seeing ads is dumb.
reddit sidebar helper, lets you toggle the sidebar on and off, which makes reading and commenting easier.
old reddit redirect, keeps you on old.reddit.com instead of illegible brainrot redesigned new reddit.
Unrelated but i also have:
blocktube (does the same kind of filtering for youtube as RES does for reddit)
fluff busting purity (similar customization thing for facebook
video downloaders. Youtube intentionally breaks these, so i periodically replace it with working ones.
youtube auto-HD resolution setters. prevents YT from playing 360p slop.

Kiwi browser is dead, why not use firefox that also has extensions?

But what about mobile app.... R u recommending me to use the web version

Are you on iOS or Android?
If iOS, I highly recommend Narwhal. It’s not free - the developer has to pay Reddit to use their API, and the subscription pays for that, the developer doesn’t make any money from it. If you don’t mind that, it’ll transform your experience.
If Android, I can’t help you, but I’m sure there are good options out there.

Yea, web version using old.reddit this way with these extensions is way better than any app. I dont know any app that lets you block all posts that include 'Trump, Biden, AOC, Elon, Kirk, Israel, Palestine' and everyone/everything else you dont want to hear about.
I also block all sports, sports teams, sports memes, athletes, etc.
Im into video games, but not every game, and some games just have way too many subreddits. Like every character for Overwatch, Genshin, etc has a /r/Whatevername_Mains for players who only play said character, i dont need to see 50 fucking subs for characters i dont play in games i dont even play.
Then i can block weird/gross/depressing subs. "here is pics of my 29 year old dog that had one eye, no jaw, one leg, sadly i had to put him down after he got ran over by a lawn mower'. I dont need to see that.
Then lately people seem to like posting videos of people dying. 'Holy shit, look at this 18 wheeler flatten this Miata at 80mph!', idiots look at it like an action movie, with zero empathy they just watched a human life end.
Oh, shit also India. After like 2am EST reddit is like 99% cricket and people bitching about parents picking a spouse they dont like for their arranged marriage.
I do sub to a handful of communities, but i also like to surf /r/all and /r/all/rising, but with the above shit filtered out.

I'm the developer of Hydra. It might fit what you're looking for. iOS only for now.

Continuum, RedReader, FocusRed, Atom, rdx, now, nara and RiM are the only third party Reddit clients you can use without patching via Revanced Manager. Every other third party client needs to be patched, they are as follows: Sync, Infinity/Infinity+, Reddit is Fun (RIF), Boost, Relay, Slide, BaconReader and Joey. There's a guide to do third party client patching via Revanced Manager. I can't link it here due to subreddit restrictions. Just search "KobeW50/ReVanced-Documentation", you'll come across a Github page. Happy third party clienting!

I would not recommend posting this on r/AfterVanced as the mod here in the replies (I recognise his name from a very heated argument he had with someone a few months back) is a literal holocaust denier
dandylover1@reddit
Reddit for Blind and Luna for Reddit (both Windows clients) do not need to be patched. They just work.
firebreathingbunny@reddit
Can you repost the contents of this comment as a post on /r/AfterVanced. It's very helpful and on topic. Thanks.
bigb102913@reddit
Red reader is very basic but good
dandylover1@reddit
Reddit for Blind and Luna for Reddit are both Windows clients that work very well.
