How safe is it to deposit large checks via mobile deposit using a mail forwarding service like USGlobalMail?

I'm about to receive a lump sum check for nearly $50,000, along with two monthly pension checks, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about the deposit process. I have accounts with BOFA and Navy Federal. I plan to receive the checks via a mail forwarding service, specifically USGlobalMail. In the past, I tried to deposit a check through BOFA's app without signing it, and it was rejected. Do I need to print, sign, and scan the check for mobile deposit when using a mail forwarding service? Has anyone successfully deposited large checks this way? Any tips or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I used Schwab and pasted my signature on the scan (pdf) with adobe reader. It was a much smaller check but had no problems.
