Neighbor’s Dogs keep breaking the fence and getting in.

agree with others to call the authorities. that is ridiculous.

we put barbed wire on the lower part of our fence and had success. i would put up cameras and get video evidence just in case, if you haven’t already.

I wanted to let the HOA know but the street our house is in literally forms the boundary for a different HOA so the house behind us is in a different HOA. I didn’t know we could cal the police about dogs.

Owner of a couple of huskies, and thankfully they're much milderednas they get older.

When they get into your yard, call animal control. If it was just a one time thing I wouldn't do it, but Plano will actually ticket the home owner for having the dog off leash. (This happened to us once).

There's nothing that provides incentive like finances.
