I see it has the bolt style one for bicycles but it's passive and meant for a fixed position meaning it won't actively maintain chain tension. Since the pivot point isn't exactly at the point where it engages with the sprocket that means the tension will change depending on how the rear tire is articulated. I guess for all it matters on a bike you'll probably never pedal anyways but if you were then that could cause the sprockets to wear and chain to slip off.

I'm not very familiar with motorcycles but the few I've seen disassmbled used a spring tensioner right up by the clutch assembly to solve that issue. On bicycles the rear derallieur usually performs that task. Probably the least serious if the issues on this thing, lol.
