What is the fix if you put washer fluid in coolant reservoir?

2013 Subaru Outback. I haven’t started the car. I don’t know anyone with car tools.

I didn’t realize resoivoir was so long. Where is the tube to drain?

Sorry for the late reply. It's the tube to your radiator I was referring to. In case it had a pressure vacuum and sucked up some. And yes, they are weird shapes a sizes. On my Mazda 3, it's pressurized as all-in-one.

Thank you. I actually got it done, rinsed and filled up with correct coolant.

I once put a whole gallon right in the radiator. It was either that or walk (way off-road). No problems, just flushed the system later that night.

So if I didn’t start car, all washer fluid should be in reservoir?

Reservoir only? Disconnect reservoir line at radiator and allow it to drain into a container. Remove reservoir holding line above fluid level. Drain completely. Rinse reservoir with distilled water (draining the water into same container). Reconnect line and fill with correct fluid. Reservoir should be super simple to remove possible just push clip and/or pull up.

I meant to reply to you. I’m so flustered.

Drain it out and fill back up with the correct fluid
