Epson hx20 lcd problems

I recapped this hx20 but the screen can only be viewed at a weird angle. I checked the view angle wheel and also tried replacing the polarizer but to no avail.

Check the capacitors, it's probably not getting enough voltage. Source: I fixed about three of these already. Also I'm sorry about your keyboard.

the screen is getting 3 volts

My lowest voltage on the screen is 3.5v (wheel turned all the way down) and 6.0v turned all the way up.

Yeah I checked and mine stays at 2.9v all the way at the top and bottom setting. My battery is at 5v
