Bill Clinton isn't GenX either, but he sure did shape GenX culture. I mean, most of us simply believed cigars were for smoking prior to Bill. GenX definition depends on what the meaning of the word "is" is.

Why do you contend Chuck Norris is GenX? Born in 1940, he’s too old to even be a boomer. He’s even older than Joe Biden. And you realize the list of Chuck Norris “accomplishments” jokes started out as making fun of this mediocre actor with an over-the-top persona, right? I don’t claim him as my action hero. I claim him as one of the action heroes I make fun of.
