American Christian denominations have so many different weird twists like this it's surprising that they claim to be reading the same book as the more traditional ones. You got these mega church guys who close the doors to their churches during weather emergencies and pretend they don't know what's harder than a camel passing through the eye of a needle, sure. But past those guys who scream gibberish at each other or call people gay outside of veterans funerals, there is some gold here and there. All I'm saying is go read about how Joseph Smith the founder of Mormonism died. Kinda wild that the religion that got near universal flak for allowing polygamy, but won't let you drink coffee has that story in their lore.
