Help me avoid GPU bottleneck
I have a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and I don’t know which graphics card to buy so it won’t cause a bottleneck. The thing is I have a budget of €/$400–500 (Im from Europe). I know I’m unfortunately limited to this budget but I still think there are at least some second-hand alternatives for decent graphics cards. I thought the safest option would be to buy a 9060 XT 16GB because it’s new and fits the budget. Then I thought it might not be such a good idea since that GPU is an entry-level card. The second option would be a used RTX 4070. What do you think? Any recomandations?

I wouldnt worry too much There isnt any 500 usd graphicscard that would be bottlenecked by a 7800x3d

Im just gonna say that avoiding a bottleneck isn't "impossible" per se, but if you do get a bottleneck, you would want a gpu bottleneck over a cpu bottleneck.
Not by a severe amount (like pairing a 1080ti with a 9800x3d obviously, but a 3080 is fine), but that's how you really know you're using your gpu to its fullest potential. Just wanted to put that out there.

Depends on resolution and refresh rate, use cases, and games you play. It's hard to gauge, but unless you are a competitive gamer who plays on 1080p despite being high specced, a 7800x3d is best paired with a 9070xt or greater.
