How would secular people react to blasphemy against Islam in Turkey, BiH, Kosovo and Albania?

Many secular redditors say Islam has no relevance in their life, that they drink and eat pork. So they wouldn't care about clear blasphemy, unlike Islamic countries where you would be beaten and killed? Or at most they'd be angry because they see as a provocation, like when the Western right gets upset about Christian blasphemy even if they are atheists themselves?
I did read that "I shit on your book" is a thing in Turkey. Don't know if they would be ok with more explicit stuff.

I think you are talking about some swears like "Allahını kitabını sikerim" which means "I will fuck your god and your book". You misunderstood something about this tho. This isn't meant to target islam. Think like this if someone says "i will fuck your mother" to anoter guy, does this mean person swearing targetting their own mother? No, they are talking about other guy's mother.
Special-Ambassador65@reddit
? That's what 'your' is for? There's no way you can understand that as his own mother?

Dude i know i explained like if you were 5 years olds but i don't know other way to explain how fuck your book isn't equal to fuck islam.
Special-Ambassador65@reddit
You could say that it doesn't literally mean you spread the guy's mothers legs and fuck her for example. :)

This is not what i meant tho. If you are christian and i say you "fuck your allah and your book" it means fuck jesus and bible.

Just saying it has to technically be about islam because Turkish people say it to each other, but it's just some weird funny term, doesn't actually have any meaning about religion.

I too mock, blasphemy and curse. The thing is in most scenarios people use religion to attack nation. That's my only problem. All my friends know about it and do the same as well. Some of our curse words includes religious reference too. We just don't go around talking/swearing everywhere though because religious people who expect tolerance but show non are ready to get physical or take legal action stating that we are trying to provoke people.
Also, christians talking all high and might like they are great and peaceful people while islam is the only problematic religion (as if history of Europe is not full of wars and christians nations do not keep waging war or... you know the list) is hypocritical, funny and tragic. There is no religion of peace or religious people (in any Abrahamic religion) who are peaceful
Substratas@reddit
Secular people? They wouldn’t normally care (just like everywhere else in the world).

Blasphemy is sanctioned in Turkiye with prison sentence
AST360@reddit
Wtf no?
There is that TCK 216 law but that is not about blasphemy, not even related to religion, basically anything that makes masses angry.

Halkı kin ve düşmanlığa tahrik
Renandstimpyslog@reddit
That's not blasphemy. It's the law against hate speech.
AST360@reddit
Look up what TCK 216 is...
Vitis35@reddit
This is utterly incorrect

No one cares in Kosovo, this isn't the Middle East.

Yet, ISIS had over 100 members from Kosovo, curious!

yet, when they call to prayer, acoustic pollution is unbearable...
Elion04@reddit
It depends on which place and the act.
Obviously if you committed blasphemy at the mosque the reaction would be more severe than on the streets where people would assume you just had a mental breakdown and leave you alone
