Is 77% humidity normal?

I have my bedroom window open during the day for aslong as I possibly can but the last 3 days the humidity level hasn’t gone down, I’m running an air dehumidifier when the window is shut and during the night. It’s been really warm today outside and I’m wondering if this is possibly adding to the humidity but I like opening my window during the day to air out my bedroom.
I have washing drying in my livingroom where the humidity levels are at 59%
Help please?

It's been really humid this weekend, my kitchen hit 80% this morning, I don't think you could even call it condensation on the windows, it was straight-up water. There's not a lot you can do when it's pouring rain outside but when it stops, definitely open your windows. Even if the air outside is humid, it's good to get the air in your house moving.
If you happen to have an electric fan at all (e.g. one of those little fan heaters that can run on 'cold' mode, or a tower fan or whatever) position it in front of your open window, facing *into* the room. It will suck more air in from outside, which can help. If possible, open another window on the other side of the house so the air flow has somewhere to go.
Also if you have a loft hatch and you don't mind having it open, try just leaving the loft open. You can actually get these extractor fans that circulate air between your upstairs and your loft space, which apparently helps with damp, but the quick-and-free hack is just to open the loft hatch so the moisture has somewhere to go.

Humidity outside has been really high.
77% is high, but if you're drying washing, and it's humid outside and the house is maybe a little prone to being on the damp side it makes sense.

My lounge is currently 60% and we have a window open and a big dehumidifier going in another room.
