You can't control what people do or say, but you can control how you react to it. Back in the day people wouldn't get offended to lighthearted jokes about race or gender and there was actually less hated and division.
Somehow PC culture took over to make the world "less offensive" and now it's like walking on eggshells plus it seems like there's more hostility.

I got banned from interestingasfuck for telling them how stupid it was for everyone on reddit glorifying how cool it is that someone died from alcohol poisoning/drinking.
If it were any other drug they would be talking about how sad it is, addict behavior, drugs need to be banned,etc..
But when you take your life by accident with alcohol, it's awesome!!!

it might be that i'm the only one who can see posts that get removed from other subreddits. tbh i don't mind that you can't see it. as i said elsewhere, it works much better as a video. the problem with r\standupshots is that it's like the subreddit for people who think that comedic timing plays no role in the success of a joke
