Do you have a recipe for the leafy green medley? I've been getting into making Ethiopian food and would like to add something like that to my dinner to go along w my other dishes

I used romaine, birds eye chili, Maggi seasoning, cilantro, green onions, and olive oil and tossed it :).
You usually add tomatoes as well but I didn't have any
