Hi everyone, recently moved to a major European city after 2 years of travelling, I have the opportunity to take care of an appartment for a related of mine, thing is, I don’t have money yet.

I’m not paying for any rent, actively looking for a job (might find one very very soon). But it’s pretty decent place in an over expensive city, I want to keep it, but family member is trying to sell the apartment, a real estate agent is on it and so far I have ~3 people visiting per week, how could I maximize the chances to stay in this place for a few more months maybe a year ? Thanks 🙏

Btw: of course I’m grateful and I don’t want to jeopardize the place in any way or break anything, my only goal is to get more time.
