Close, but not quite. This is a JASDF KC-767. The KC-46 is a US Air Force thing. Both are 767-based, but the Japanese bought them to a different spec.

So, it's technically a 767-2C as it has a US airworthiness certificate and registration. Additionally, you will notice the lack of WARPs on the wings.

Not really; Japan is also an operator of the KC-46, having taken delivery of the first one in 2021.
The major visual distinction is that KC-46's are painted in a grey, while the KC-767J's are all painted white.
