American food is just corn syrup done 50 different ways. British food isn't the best, admittedly. But we actually use real ingredients, and a lot of it can be pretty damn comforting on a dull winter day. Shit like beans on toast is just poor/lazy people food. It's like saying Asian food is bad the second you see someone eat rice & ketchup.

English heat is humid as fuck, and most buildings don't have any sort of AC. So damn fucking right I'm gonna complain about the heat. Maybe I should take the piss out of all the southern Americans who cry about the cold when it hits 15C.

I'll give you that one. We've lost a lot over the past 100 years. But maybe your insult would hit a lot harder if you weren't using the language of the very country you're trying to talk shit about. Our cultural impact is still making waves even today.
