How come airlines aren’t scared pilots would just not follow rules and be like bad in the cockpit of cvr isn’t to be used in cases like sexual harassment

So if it’s for privacy and some pilot harasses his colleague and the cvr is kept private then what if they actually did it would they get away. Also are pilots not scared of saying bad things since their cvr is barely checked. Kinda weird.

So there is a cvr. A cockpit voice recorder. If a pilot breaks a rule in front of another pilot then that one reports them, even if it’s like something like unprofessional behaviour which is forbidden in like the starting phase, or harassment, would it get checked by the voice recorder

Not sure if it has changed with technology but CVR's used to be overwritten every few hours or so.
