Did the opposite of this one time. Told the girl she could tell me at anytime if she needed to get up even if I was sleeping. We started talking and got to know each other, granted I didn't bang her but at least I got to enjoy the company of a woman instead of creeping her out like anon did.

Rookie mistake.

Tell her to just wake you if she needs to go, no problem. Then when she does, get out of your seat into the aisle. It's narrow, and Anon is not, so she will have to squeeze past and there will be torso-on-bloated-torso contact.
