I'd probably go by Luke or something.

Lucifer isn't such a bad name though.

Like, if you were named after the devil in the Christian religion, you were named after the one guy who had a strong enough will to question his superiors and organize people to try and make things better for yourself and others.

That's what Lucifer wanted, after all. He thought he could be better than God. That's the sin that puts him on God's shitlist.

Now god says Lucifer can't do that. Maybe that's true, maybe it isn't.

God in the traditional religious sense wants enemies, even as it says it wants friends. As it allows beings almost as smart as God to defy it, in the hopes that they will all worship it.

Heaven is sometimes described as singing praises to God forever. I'm not sure that's much better than the typical description of hell where we at least burn in magma forever. How long could anything with thought enjoy singing praises to some other being? For me one hour is more than enough, one year would be awful, it's hard to imagine 10, 20, 100k or more being fun.

I'll just reincarnate somewhere far away from here after I die, as I remember from before.
