1. D'artagnan Moulard duck legs, sous vide for 48 hours, with potatoes sarladaises, and grapefruit gastrique. I make that for Sunday brunch every couple of months.
2. Those bacon wrapped hot dogs you can find outside of bars at 3am, but at like, 1pm. Preferably 3 of them. Crustier the grill the better.
