Force all new build estates to have redways from the start, it's ridiculous that this isn't already enforced. MK is very spaced out if you can't get around easily

Some of the new estates need better commercial provision from the start, it’s crazy that people have been living in Fairfield’s for 6 years + and they only just built a shop, nearest cafe at the moment is Whitehouse and it’s like walking through a war zone to get to.
