Hello please do not buy from hello tickets we bought tickets on 9th October 2026 we now on the 16th March 2026 and no tickets weve emailed the company and nothing we now reported this company to paypal and too my bank and said theyve committed fraud by not delivering the tickets or sending any purchase information please everyone stay clear of hello tickets if you live in Spain, Italy or the UK please you will lose your .oney and they don't care at all

Hello this company lies and will try everything in there powers not too refund your money. Weve left numerous reviews on trust pilot and this company keeps getting them removed there rating on trust pilot should be twice as bad as there too busy on trust pilot getting your reviews removed then sorting customers problems out in the first place hellotickets is a disgrace weve had to deal with this company for 6 months while my stepdad was dyeing of cancer we lost him on march 14th 2026 while my stepdad was dying in hospital so we complained to paypal over 50.emails sent weve contact hellotickets since January 2026 just to be sent emails saying tickets are not refundable when that wasn't the question we was as them. This has now been put in the hands of natwest fraud and if we dont get refunded we are taking legal action against paypal who haven't protected our money and we will be taking hello tickets to the small claims courts for a refund,damages and intrest on the money they have taken since October 2025. You can take hellotickets to court under European laws as there based in Spain get some legal advice first or Google the information you need on the Internet. This is one company hellotickets if your leaving reviews on trust pilot its all the same company they will deny its there company but there all the same company. If youve had bad dealings with this company leave your messages and reviews on trust pilot and on reddit so everyone knows not to buy from this company. I dont work so buy tickets for my daughters 14 year old birthday you expect to get a good service from this company as they over charge too but believe me you get nothing but problems from this company they are a disgrace to do this too anyone is bad enough but to have someone dying with cancer in hospital and have to deal with this company , then too destroy a 14 years old birthday party as she wanted to see Louis tomlinson at coop at manchester for first concert then she lost her grandad to cancer they do this too her with her concert tickets.

Please do me a favour reply to this conversation and leave your own opinions and spread the word dont use hellotickets to buy any tickets at all.

Please everyone do not buy tickets from hellotickets there scamming us all they take payment then you do not hear anything off this company no matter how many emails you send them. There too busy trying to get my trust pilot reviews removed everyday. If they have time to do this on trust pilot why cant they send a simple email confirming purchase and what seats we will be seated in they also over charge for the tickets so you expect excellent service but all I can say is there scamming people out of money stay with ticket master its safer. Companies like this need to be put out of business if you check trust pilot theyve got all different names hellotickets es, hellotickets dl, hellotickets it these are all one big company theve your reviews on every one of them and show proof to trust pilot you've purchase tickets from this company this way they cant get the review removed and they will fight every day to get them removed but keep putting your reviews back on as they will walk all over you if you let them. Im about 4 weeks in now with my reviews and there just giving up now . My reviews are honest and truthfully stay well clear of this company.

Im in the same situation they have up to the concert or booking to get the tickets too you once the date has gone then your entitled to a refund stand firm as im doing the same this company is a disgrace just pass the word not to buy from this company ive left loads of reviews on trust pilot they keep trying to get them removed from trust pilot but I keep sticking the reviews back on again as there not treating my 14 year old daughter like that as the tickets were for her birthday party .
