It's hard to say. I can tell by the lil tippy top of the lighthouse that these are Beach Cliff, but I can't find this exact can design. The orange on the can could be Louisiana style hot sauce, because the tomato ones have a more cardinal red color.
Sardines are the cheapest and healthiest thing you can incorporate into your diet. No joke . Super food they are . Poison yourself for $15.00 or more at a drive through or have health bomb for two bucks .

Is the banana part of the meal or just for scale?
hippodribble@reddit
Bananas with scales? Banana fish!
CheekyHarris33@reddit
I'm literally about to eat Great Vaule sardines in hot sauce. 🔥
CptnHnryAvry@reddit
You should slice the banana down the middle like a hotdog bun, and put the sardines inside of it.
Legitimate_Crazy3625@reddit
Absolutely not. What is wrong with you? You slice the banana and put the sardines between the slices like a sandwich. Heathen.

that's drenched in hot sauce. i'm a simple man; just sticking with olive oil.
TuvixWillNotBeMissed@reddit
I like any kind as long as I have rice for something this saucy/oily. But for a snack you need drier smoked ones with crackers or toast.
OrgnolfHairyLegs@reddit
I'm pretty sure that's tomato sauce

Them are sardines covered in tomato sauce. The hot sardines usually just have a small chili with them.

Sardines are always a need. I love to nuke some minute rice add the fish and enjoy with some soy and sriracha.
Lepke2011@reddit
OMG. What brand of sardines are those? They look amazing!
Juan_Moe_Taco@reddit
The banana is only there for scale with the sardines right?!?

I love sardines. I usually just throw a can on bread and enjoy an indisputably fantastic sandwich.
porp_crawl@reddit
I love tomato sauce tinned sardines like these over toast (or white rice, even).

I could murder two tins of fish a day if I didn't stop myself from buying them all the time. You can keep the banana.
