Alibaba new best top seller bike!

I picked one up to test, and while the top speed isn’t quite what it should be, it’s still a badass-looking bike — especially for $990 if you grab it from the LA warehouse, or around $1,280 shipped from China. What do you guys think?

Good question on LA pick up or shipped. If doing LA pickup, can you share your opionion on negotiating LA taxes if say pay cash at pickup?

The Alibaba e-bike is definitely affordable, but it looks more like a small motorcycle than a traditional bike. It could be fun for some, but if you’re expecting a standard e-bike design, this one might surprise you. Quality seems decent, but the style is very unconventional.

No. Why would you want to register it?

Because to ride it on the roads in California requires registration.

Reddit lowers the image quality. It’s pretty nice tbh. The em5 is a better buy but smaller and not suited for most. This feels very nice and Comfortable. A lot of people say the em23 is better but doesn’t look as good as this
