AM4 motherboard and cooler compatibility issues?

Yesterday we tried upgrading my PC, I have an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard and ordered an Arctic Freezer 36 cooler for my new AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, but when we tried to install the cooler, we realized that in the newer versions, [Arcitc skimped on the screws for mounting it to the backplate of AM4/AM5 boards](https://www.reddit.com/r/arcticcooling/comments/1ium85d/missing_screws_on_arctic_freezer_36_and_platic/) and they're completely missing from the box. I don't have the original screws since it's been 5 years... now I want to avoid this problem. I have abosultely zero clue about these things, so I'm relying on friends who are doing the actual assembly and this sub. Now I'm looking at a [BE QUIET! Pure Rock Pro 3](https://www.bequiet.com/en/cpucooler/5600) to replace the Arctic cooler. Will I be able to install it without needing anything other than the original backplate of my motherboard?

All the manuals for coolers should be online, and those should list what comes in the box and/or what is used to attach them.

Yes, I did take a look, but like I said, I'm clueless about these things and at this point I'm questioning everything and am paranoid. It comes with [these](https://i.imgur.com/BzWO9ZL.png), but I'm not sure they're okay since the Arctic one also came with some kind of screws but those were too long and the cooler was just dangling on there.
