Olney has a great club for all ages. Both my kids play. Tours are great fun. Sunday was just training, but loads of people down there hanging around after, having some food, and the bar is normally open all weekend.

There's two main clubs in Milton Keynes. You have Milton Keynes RUFC at Emerson Valley and Bletchley RUFC at Manor Fields. There's Olney RUFC also. Best to contact those clubs to see what's what as they'll have multiple squads for varying levels and ages.
