Neighbours (the Spar convenience shop) will not stop complaining about us to letting agency, what can I do about it?

Me and my gf have moved into a flat for a month and a half now and we kept getting letters on our cars to move them and also had emails from letting agency to tell us to move them elsewhere (there is very limited parking and this is behind our flat and the spar which is the opposite side to the parking) so we moved the cars into a very awkward place to park as it upsets the Chinese takeaway and cafe parking next door, we did this but now have had emails of them complaining about where we put our bins and recycling. The place we put them does not obstruct any traffic and it’s not on a public walkway and the binmen actually told us to leave them there, we tried putting the bins round the front as the emails asked us to move them elsewhere and they weren’t collected and yet again another complaint so me and my girlfriend are getting stressed out with this and don’t want any bad tention between our landlord and letting agency. I’ve wrote Atleast 4 emails explaining the situation to get no reply acknowledging it and just more complaint emails. I haven’t had chance to speak to the council yet but I have a feeling they won’t do much to help and it’s got to the point our bins are overflowing because we don’t know where to put them anymore. Does anybody know what I can do as the spar already have it out for us and I did actually go there to talk to them and I was made to feel like a idiotic child while in there and nothing was sorted they basically told me to go back another day.
