Predator 480 Ag Plane - Rare Spraying Photos

I found some rare photos of the Predator during spray testing. Your notice that the nozzles come straight out of the wing. The spray boom was embedded in the trailing edge of the wing. You can find More photos in my other post about this airplane. Last photo is a very rare cockpit photo.

I see those guys working some days while I'm driving my car. I can't think of a job where such hard work is required consistently and where you are always right on the edge of disaster. That's not moments of terror with hours of boredom. That's always being right on the edge of death while regularly pulling high G forces. It sounds like the most fun I see in aviation.

Disappointed that it did not turn out to be an agricultural conversion of a Predator drone by a company keen or perhaps desperate to diversify their client base.

This was done back in the 1980s.

An actual pic of a plane spraying chemtrails, nice.

Haha. In this case…I believe they were spraying powdered milk. 😂

I have a friend with brain damage that decided to be a crop duster…. Pretty cool AirTractor he flies.

If he was flying a thrush he wouldn’t have brain damage?

Joke about all crop dusters being a few fries short of a happy meal….

Yes of course. I got the joke, just put my spin on it. Not that Thrush pilots are any less brain damaged. Maybe a little. 😂
