Is anyone here one of the children being argued over on the Jeremy Kyle Show?

So I read into the science at the time. Theres 2 figures commonly used - real world, and lab conditions. Lab conditions would be asking someone if they are their own grandfather and just telling them in advance to lie to observe the results. These kinds of tests give accuracy around 80% - bias towards lie again, so 83% could be correct depending on the study. The real world is more what we see on Jeremy Kyle. These results are taken by having real people answer real questions and have an anonymous response alongside to compare to. Here, the accuracy drops to around 66%. Thing to note, Jeremy Kyle, by standard, asked 3 questions. With an accuracy of 66%, statistically, every guest got a wrong result on average. Now this argument does quickly break down when you go beyond headline statistics, but thats still extremely bad for a test the host abuses people that fail. There's also one other (more sinister) thing to consider. The questions asked are not independent. Ask yourself if it is possible to have sex with someone, without making sexual contact? - given the high inaccuracy, why was that result never produced on the show?... likely answer, those involved in the tests manually changed answers they didnt like or repeated until it gave the correct result.
