We are out of ice cream. This is frozen bananas and yogurt, blended in the Nutribullet.

Honestly, frozen bananas whip up great. I spin them in the Ninja CREAMi Swirl 13-in-1 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine with a spoon of peanut butter, and it comes out like soft-serve.
Benito_Camela1554@reddit
I’ve been there. Frozen bananas actually make a good base once spun. The Ninja CREAMi Swirl 13-in-1 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine turns them into soft, creamy “ice cream” fast.
BeginningPhoto4925@reddit
I’ve done that too. Frozen bananas turn out creamy in the Ninja CREAMi Swirl 13-in-1 Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine. One spin and they’re soft like ice cream. A spoon of peanut butter before freezing makes it richer.

Frozen bananas are so, so delicious

God that looks good

aside ... for a hot minute, I thought this LaphroaigAU "promoted" post was a legit suggestion to add to your banana / Yoghurt mix:
For a laff, add some Laph!

This is a thing for people thay cant eat dairy, its called " nicecream " and there are plenty of really good recipes online. Its a good way to use rupe bananas that most toss.
PeperomiaLadder@reddit
I thought yogurt was dairy ._.
pflanzenpotan@reddit
There is dairy-free yogurt.
PeperomiaLadder@reddit
Oh yeah, I guess there is... 😅
norunningwater@reddit
The frogurt is also cursed
Boogy-Fever@reddit
It usually doesnt have dairy
Necrolancer_Kurisu@reddit
What? It's literally made from milk. It's straight up a dairy product. Lol.
Boogy-Fever@reddit
Lol the nice cream is usually yogurt free. Come on now. Context clues
Necrolancer_Kurisu@reddit
The comment you replied to was "I thought yogurt was dairy ._.".
Boogy-Fever@reddit
"It" refers to the thing the whole convo was about. Of course yogurt is dairy. I was correcting the assumption of one I replied to that nice cream always includes yogurt. Gotta see the whole thread as cohesive
BallinBenFrank@reddit
Seems like you could’ve been more specific, huh?
Boogy-Fever@reddit
Yea just assume that strangers dont know yogurt is milk if you want. I'd rather, not think about whatever theyre saying, or give them the benefit of the doubt, especially when the logical answer is right there

Thanks for telling me this. I'll look up some ways to add to this.
Master-Strain4268@reddit
Nice cream is sooo good.
I usually use coconut milk or vegan cream, add some peppermint extract and chocolate chunks for a really good, slightly banana flavoured mint choc chips ice cream
agent_scully2084@reddit (OP)
Coconut milk would be amazing. I've made a quick ice cream with condensed milk and frozen fruit before; I think that coconut milk would add a similar texture.

This is essentially the basis for Yonanas - a frozen banana, as the bidy / base, plus other frozen fruit as flavor enhancers - berries, mango, etc:
https://www.yonanas.com.au/pages/how-it-works
No yoghurt needed for Yonanas though..
FarquaadsFuckDoll@reddit
I’m drinkin’ that for breakfast. Dab of peanut butter, coco protein powder, instant coffee, with cinnamon and nutmeg if you a boogie bitch like me.
Fit_Carpet_364@reddit
I'm a blueberries, sugar and half&half man, in the ninja blender nutribullet-like canister. Hope you know what I mean. The cup is similar.
Smoolz@reddit
Was it good?
agent_scully2084@reddit (OP)
It was pretty good. I added a splash of vanilla.
DragonScrivner@reddit
Like a slushy milkshake. Sounds delicious
Sidewalk_Tomato@reddit
A bit of peanut butter would be good, too.
agent_scully2084@reddit (OP)
I usually put peanut butter in my smoothies, along with baby spinach and other kinds of fruit, and oatmilk in addition to the bananas. But in the case I was craving a frozen treat of some kind, so this was sufficient.
FloorOneTwoThree@reddit
It's like a smoothie but for people who hate smoothies.
agent_scully2084@reddit (OP)
The funny thing is that I really like smoothies, but just wanted something ice cream-like.
