Just realized that I've collected my 90's dream garage of 1337 H4X0R workstations. I have some woodworking and metal fab skills but I need inspiration.
How to best display my 90's 1337 garage.

Are you thinking of how best to display your full setups with keyboard and monitor and stuff? If space is not an issue, give them each their own desk and put related accessories or software nearby to add to the atmosphere and nostalgia. If you have tons of space maybe you can make a cubicle so it's kinda like a 90s tech workstation at a large company, you could put some Dilbert comics up on thumbtacks, I'd love to do that.
If on the other hand you want to emulate the 90s Hollywood image of hackers you might want fluorescent lighting, a skateboard, a plasma globe, 8 ball, lava lamp, maybe a glow in the dark Roswell alien head mask, a cool looking PC joystick, hmm that's an interesting aesthetic too.
If you want to be like John Carmack programming doom on his nextstation, you should just put it on a regular table or desk and not care too much about what is around it because you're too busy being engrossed in creating mind blowing virtual worlds to care about your surroundings.

I really like this snapshot in time idea. Sadly I'm currently renting a room in a condo, so space is at a premium.
