LOL - yeah, the moon is full and close to perigee (on the 10th). In early November the conditions will be closer and we'll get a "Super Full Moon."

Emotional? Idk, but the gravitational pull from the moon controls our water.
It also lets more blood go to our heads causing us to behave differently. Statistically speaking, lots of accidents and crimes happen during a full moon too.

There's no definitive proof, but as my father said, if that thing in the sky is big enough to move oceans, it probably has some sort of affect on our easily-influenced biological bodies.
