Code Pink, DAWC (DFW antiwar committee), PYM (Palestinian Youth Movement), DSA NTX (has an antiwar working group but that is not their main focus).

This is going to sound really basic, but I googled "pro palestine volunteer dfw" and some promising links turned up.

Also, a while back I asked about pro-Palestine businesses in the area in this post:
