The most beautiful life is probably the delicacy of three meals a day, in the smoke and fire, do not forget the distance, there is poetry in the heart, there is beauty everywhere, the good food world because of you.
It is, and in anticipation in the spring I planted four varieties of tomatoes. I live alone. I've eaten every kind of tomato everything in the past few weeks and needed to diversify my sandwich game.
Garden tomatoes, red onion, peanut butter, mayonnaise, and bac-os (soy based fake bacon bits). Today I had to dig to the bottom of the freezer to find a bread type product to make it on because I eat it every day and am running out. Tomorrow I may have to just throw it all in a bowl.
I mean, if it isn’t sweetened peanut butter I could certainly see this working. I’d try it!
My mother-in-law makes a pita or lavash wrap with tahini, yogurt, onion, tomato, cucumber, some crispy chickpeas and a light dusting of za’atar. Tastes great and I imagine the flavor profile isn’t too far from yours.
