Barbecue *supply* joint suggestions

I’m looking for somewhere like the old Premiere Grilling offerings from before they closed (overextended, went under, etc.). Specific speciality rubs, proper butcher paper, various kinds of smoking wood (haven’t been able to find peach for a while) and the BIG lump charcoal. Bonus if they also sell good cuts of meat?
None of the hardware or grocery stores carry what I like and I’d prefer to support a local business over Amazon.

I know what I’m doing. I need a new store to patronize.

A given but learning is always good and snacks while shopping is a win 🏆

As stated, take the 45 minute drive down to Waxahatchie and visit Meat Church. Their store is exactly what you are describing.

This might be what I need to call a “supply run.”
