First off I love my bike and I don't care I got it for cheap. I got it about 2.5 weeks ago and have put 110 miles on it and it rides like a beast.
I have been trying to parse out the advance menu and of the few people I've found who have the same bike others are also having issues. Once I found the password to get into the menu on a Facebook post I have slowly been working it all out but don't want to mess with too much when I don't know what it does. If anyone can help or point me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Once I figure it out I want to post it somewhere where anyone else who needs it can find it.
For the P1-P4 and the FAc options you do not need the password. For A0 1-A0 9 & A1 0 - A1 2 you do need the password. The options whose functions I have figured out are described in the list. All the menus I have found listed out so far are just P1-P19. Thanks for any help.

Did anyone figure out how to change the acceleration to go fast from the start? I feel like it goes up to 16 mph and then gets another boost of acceleration

I commented somewhere with the manual that tells you everything you can do on the controllert. But I'm not sure what you mean? If I'm in 2 it only goes up to 15 and if I am in 3 it goes up to 28. It's always gradual I'm not sure what the "boost" you are talking about is.

ive experienced this as well, if im just using the motor at 3 and full throttle, it will only accelerate up to 16/17 until i move the pedals a little then i get the full speed

No I'm 5'8" and my friend who is 6" also has ridden it several times and likes the feel. It's a step-through bike. At 5'8". I ride with the seat all the way down.

just got an E20...trying to figure out the handlebar speed adjustment setting (A11)...it goes from 0-1000....guess the default is 0...just wondering if anyone has any settings advice...or just leave it at 0

I have seen codes 10h 30h 9e in the past few days. I'm pretty sure my controller is fried because of water damage. I should have not tried to power on my bike with the controller wet (I didn't know the controller could take in water until later and the water was pouring out of the controller when inspecting it I took it out of the controller box) I am waiting for a triangle bit to open the controller and try to repair any mossfets on it. I need to remember to seal the controller storage box if and when I fix it.

Hi, I just purchased one. I am curious, what is the issue you are trying to solve? Is your bike top speed restricted? I have seen the same bike advertised as 28mph and 20mph top speed. It seems like the units sold in the UK and EU are restricted to the slower top speed? I couldn't resist buying one for the price on Amazon, less than $300 after tax is such a deal.

They must have just lowered the price, it was 419+ tax when I ordered mine off aliexpress usa. I got it and for 339 + tax. I'd be salty but I still feel it was a great deal. I looked at so many ebikes on so many sites and it was the one that fit all my needs and was priced right. The longest trip I have taken it on so far was 27 miles round trip which didn't even use half the battery, all throttle just to see how well the battery would do. I've been trying to source a second battery for it and they all seem to cost as much as the bike does now on Amazon.

Not sure as there's no listing about it but I regularly have my kid sit on the back and he is 9 and weighs about 75lbs while I am 190lbs

There is a throttle just got mine but ate shit pretty bad nd just got it fixed but yes it has throttle and u can go 28mph with the throttle in the 3rd mode pretty nice bike man worth it

It’s now 330 on AliExpress, but I wanna get it on Amazon for an easier return if I get a dud. It’s $419. It went down to 269 today briefly according to my alert email from CamelCamelCamel, but I missed it. I think the $90 delivery charge would still apply though — did you pay that $90?
Also did you get the extended warranty ($44 - 2 years)?
I’m tempted to buy it from AliExpress, but if there’s anything wrong with it it’ll be a paperweight.

I bought it when it was similarly on sale and the order got canceled. This company uses drops in price to game their rank in Amazon and then never delivers at the lower price. I don't know if they are doing the same in AliExpress or not.

You did take care of it and keep it out of the rain etc , and cover it completely when not riding, never run your battery below 20% and try to keep a 90% charge as 100% wears battery faster and 20% will eventually damage it. Stay outta water the control board on very bottom has to big holes for wires I silicone my holes up to keep dirt and moisture out it doesn't get hot ,like people think and use the chain oil for e bikes not oil sand and grim will stick to it , go to e bile store and ask them what type you need. Mine runs great and it's alot of fun, I live on a Island at the beach but I do not ride or recommend riding in dirt or sand and especially in the rain or on wet roads it will rust quick.

This is the manual for the LCD screen don't lose it. The password on it is wrong though, the password is 2020. Took a lot of digging to find it

I need someone who got the urlife e20 ebike that hasn't changed any settings on the controller to please post all the default settings(code to get into AO settings is 2020), I had to get a new controller due to getting caught in the rain and when I put in the new controller urlife sent me the bike no longer takes off fast and takes long to get over 20mph I'm not sure witch settings I gotta change to get the power back

Amazon had this model on sale for $419.00 with $90 shipping. Two colors, green and, wait black for $229.00 and $7 shipping (2 weeks) ? With tax, $252.00 total. 2 year protection was $28.00 Shipping tracker has it shown as shipped same day. I ordered in the AM Any bets on if it shows up ? Or if the battery will be any good ? You can however apparently mention Amazon (a very similar company) and ride the Jeff bezos billionaire d all day long bc this is 'merica! Amiright? **
Apparently it goes on the sale price once a month (on Amazon) and then you get refunded because the stock is unavailable. I've put over 700 miles on mine and the battery is still like new. If you go through the comments (not sure on this post) other ppl have tried to get the same Amazon deal but were refunded a week later. If you do get it at that price I will be incredibly jealous. I got mine on Allison expressway (couldn't put the actual site as the moderators can't differentiate between spam and conversation) for 330+tax free shipping and it's a steal for that price.
I took me ne to pick up some stuff I won at auction a couple weeks ago and it turned out I won more than I thought and the items were larger than I thought. I had bungee cords lol. Luckily some guy had ratchet straps which saved me in the end. Other people picking me up were cheering me on. I made it 9 miles with that load pictured on the back with zero issues. The bike is a beast for the price. I went to upgrade the tires as everyone recommended and while the tubes weren't the best the tires (especially the side walls) were much thicker and better than the $80 replacement set I bought. I put the originals back on and have had no issues with flats since doing so. People on these forums told me I was going too fast, my tires were under inflated and I was getting pinch flats. They were all so confident in their assessments and they were all 100% wrong. A guy I work with has a $1600 ebike and this one goes faster and the battery lasts longer. The one thing I do want to replace is the mechanical brakes which aren't great, I wish it wasn't a hard tail as well especially having such a heavy steel frame. If I ever manage to upgrade the rims I will probably go tubeless with the tires.
Other than that I love my bike, I don't care how uncool the brand is. I researched many bikes for my needs and this was the only one in my price range that checked nearly all of my boxes. If you want any info the the LCD that operates the controller etc lmk as I have the manual that urlife for whatever reason does not have. I really hope you get it at the advertised Amazon price if not I can see which Allison expressway store I purchased mine from, it shipped from California and took 5 days to get to me in Cleveland. Good luck and again just comment or message me if you need any info on the bike!

That's awesome! I got mine about 3 weeks ago and put it together but when I tried to put the seat tube in, the seat tube bushing went all the way to the bottom of the tube, so I got customer service to send a new one. That took more than 2 weeks from China, but I'm going through all these threads and info to get mine going this week. Thanks for the info!

Still great. I got my first rear flat and everything I was reading was telling me to upgrade the tires so I bought two supposedly better tires that came with tubes. Popped both the new tubes within 2 weeks. Ended up adding some more rim tape after sanding down a small area where the rim meets itself and putting the OG tire back on with a Duramax tube and have had no issues since. I kept one tire I didn't use as a backup and junked the other one. Every single person here was either telling me I was getting pinch flats or that I was going to fast completely ignoring anything I said and it turns out they were all wrong. So take what ppl say here with a grain of salt. The bike has held up extremely well. I started doing some doordash on it and set aside enough money to order a spare battery with a bit more watt hours and a cage to carry and lock the spare to double my distance which is about 40-50 if I go all electric and a bit more with pedal assist so I'm doubling that. For the price I can't complain. As I share a car with my wife the thing has paid for itself twice in spared Ubers and bus rides. I'm hooked and I already want to get a different styled ebike as I just love riding them, maybe something lighter with an aluminum frame and a more off road setup. But for the price I doubt this bike can be beat.

Have you actually tried to modify any of the advanced settings? They don't actually seem to have any effect on how the motor operates. The only one I've noticed make a difference is increasing the PAS 'gears' but that for some reason disables the motor in all but the highest PAS level.
