Cool. What is your frame made out of, and how heavy is your boat?
SolarPower77@reddit (OP)
Mostly 2x10. Boat at 2400lbs.

Good job,OP. I lifted my HMS23 this year using 8”x8” fir beam some pallets and a car jack. Boat weighs 3650lbs. Replacing on trailer was a little more challenging, as I replaced axles and bigger tires. Your frame looks like 2”x10” wood? Any problems with flex?

Thank You.
Mostly 2x10. No flex at all. I expected a little.....none that I could detect. About 1500Lbs on the front but then I split that with the stands as soon as the trailer was out (last pic) so, like 750Lbs untill I put the trailer back.
I plan to lower the trailer so it should be opposite of your situation.
Did you flatten the tires to get it back under?
