Cold Stone Creamery could double their profits with minimum cost by being open in the morning and selling the opposite of what they do now.

Instead of Cold Stone Creamery, call it Hot Water Chunkery: Oatmeal with Mix-Ins.

All they would need is a microwave and some oatmeal. They could use the mix-ins they already have, be a breakfast restaurant that sells just oatmeal with mix-ins in the morning, and then sell their classic ice cream in the afternoon and at night.

Why don't they do this? Are they stupid?
