Boat in box liquid accessory for dashboard, any one with experience putting this on dashboard?

I wanna put one of these on my dashboard haha please no judgement.

But I live in cold winters -30C and below. Anyone know if it's really stupid for me to stick this on my dashboard?

I'm pretty sure these are colored water on the bottom and oil on the top. I don't know what they put in the water but I'm guessing it's not antifreeze. It could be, because some snow globes have it in them. I don't know what -30C is but -22F would for sure freeze water and crack the plastic. I'd get a pirate bobble head instead.
