All the floppy emulators and not period correct optical drives kinda gross me out, but I’m still struggling to find cases like top left with three 5.25” expansion bays… 😞
It's a little weird seeing that many systems without at least one or two real floppy drives.
But I can't exactly blame OP for using whatever optical disx drives they had or could easily find. It's been a very long time since you could go and purchase a new CD-ROM (only) drive in a store or find a computer that didn't have a combo/multi-drive.
That 8x CD-ROM from the machine bottom left would be right at home in the Pentium 1 in the middle, and the Lite-On DVD drive from it and/or the DVD-RW (usually you wanted both a reader and a writer for on-the-fly copying) from the system to the right of it would be right at home in the Pentium 4 all the way on the right. I don’t know the vintage of the LG DVD of the system top left, but I’d say Pentium 3 or 4 for that one, too. The LG drive in the right-most system would more accurately fit a system with a Core 2 or first gen i7. The systems all the way on the left are missing their contemporary 5.25” floppy drives. Some of those would more likely deem the CD drive optional, even.

Some great examples that would have good company over at r/genericbeigecase!
I had one of these once, first picture, far right, distinctive iMac-style flair accent.

Haha I came to say this. I currently have the far right one, which is in need for a restoration. I'm planning to install a Pentium 2 in it.

Italian? I had an Olidata desktop like yours when I was a kid!
