I own a Morgan racer-cruiser (1984 366 model) and it is very well built. Love this cutter rig. Price is great. This looks like a great boat.

The cutter rig is intriguing I don’t have experience with those

We have a 1980 Morgan 382 and love it. We’re cruising the Hawaiian island for reference; everything from light wind to thermonuclear wind in the channels.
There are some drawbacks and specific things to look for, such as tabbing of the bulkhead of the head, and the construction of the holding tank (if it is in the aft keel like the 382).
Most Morgan’s were sloop rigged, but Ted Brewer did design a removable inner forestay for a “slutter” rig (which we also have.)
As others have said; inspect the boat, get the Hull ID # and take pictures of everything.

Have you contacted the seller for info? It's a custom, so there's no way to look details up online.
